Vlasta Anderson died Wednesday May 20th at age 67 in The Villages, FL, with her devoted husband Mike Anderson by her side.

Vlasta was born in Dubrovnik, Croatia on October 24, 1958, the only child of Milutin Banjac and Katarina Rajhart-Banjac. She came to the United States in 2001 when she met the love of her life, Mike Anderson. They were married for nearly 25 years and together they ran several successful businesses, including selling medical scrubs to healthcare professionals and housing flight attendants in short term crash pads.

Vlasta is survived by a son, Bojan, and his family in Croatia, and by her step-son Phil Anderson (Kelly) in Pittsburgh. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Christopher and Elizabeth Anderson. Being known as Nanny to them brought great joy to her life.

Funeral services will be private.
