Wallace W. Dembowski passed away peacefully on August 9, 2013 at his home.  He was born in Syracuse, the son of the late Waclaw and Matilda (Stepien) Dembowski.  Wallace was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy and was a US Navy veteran.  He worked for many years at UTC Carrier as a supervisor and retired in 2005.    In addition to his wife Cheryl of 43 years, Wallace is survived by his daughter Tiffany (Larry) Phillips  of Morrisville, NY; daughter Jennifer Dembowski of Chesapeake, VA; his son, Jeffrey (Amanda) Dembowski of Jacksonville, FL; and his grandchildren, Madison, Morgan, Kaleb, and Kallie.   A memorial service will be held on September 28th at 11:00 at Sacred Heart Church, 927 Park Ave, Syracuse, NY.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to:  Vitas Innovative Hospice Care, 2201 Lucien Way, Maitland, FL 32751.
