WALTER "SKIP" BENJAMIN GOODE III, of HOLLY HILL, FLORIDA,  born on February 23, 1945 in CHEVERLY, Maryland, to the late DOROTHEA MAE KNOTT and the late WALTER B GOODE JR, passed away at age 74 on May 19, 2019 in ORMOND BEACH, Florida. Walter was the beloved partner of SUSAN STOEHR. He is survived by his sisters, JUDITH ANN "PENNY" GOODE and JOYCE ANN RHODES,  his nephew, Thomas Rhodes (wife, Jessica) and his niece, Kimberly Stroup (husband Christopher), and his great nephews,  Matthew Stroup – Brady Rhodes – Peyton Rhodes – Carter Rhodes.  He also leaves behind his beloved dog, HARLEY. WALTER was very proud and enjoyed riding the trike that he built.  Donations in WALTER's name to Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 4401 are welcome and appreciated.  Family and Friends can pay their respects at the Memorial/Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 22 from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. at Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 4401, 933 Beville Road, South Daytona, Florida, 32119, Tel: 386-304-4401.
