Obituary Walter Jones Williams Bailey Walter Williams was born in Victoria district of Bocas Del Toro, Panama, son of David Benjamin Williams and Elizabeth Bailey de Williams. He was a member and Deacon of the Leesburg, Seventh-day Adventist Church in Leesburg, Florida. He made the transition from this life on April 5, 2016 at the age of 86. He left to mourn Juliana Williams, his daughter Celina Davis, and son Thomas Williams; as well Bessie Colome (sister), Nehemiah Williams (brother), and a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins.
