FRENCH, WAYNE, 97. A resident of The Villages since 1991, Wayne passed away on June 14,2023. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed the many challenges of The Villages courses. He was pre-deceased by his wife Betty Lou Bierley French and son Larry French, as well as three sisters and three brothers. Survived by son Bob French and wife Lela and their sons Michael French and James Millaway (Jill), daughter Janet French Schroeder and her daughters Casey Schroeder and Kristin Schroeder Young (Mike). Also his long time partner Kay James of The Villages. Wayne also has two great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter. Internment will be in Erie, PA at a later time.
