Willetta F. Roggy, 86 of New Smyrna Beach died Wednesday, December 2, 2009.  Willetta was born September 6, 1923 in Brooklyn, NY to William C. and Augusta Wachter Roggy.  She moved to this area in the 1960's from New York and was a manager for the Burdines Department Store.  Willetta is a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church.  She is survived by her two sisters, Anne Mullan of New Smyrna Beach and Dorothy VerEecke of New York and numorous nieces and nephews. Private services are to be held Holy Cross Cloister, Middle Village, NY
