Life Celebration for William I Apgar, Sr, 91, Flagler Beach FL who died Thursday, May 8, 2014 will be 11:00AM Tuesday, May 13 at Flagler Beach Methodist Church. Bill was born in Annandale NJ the son of Cecil and Erma Apgar. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Dorothy, children William, Jr (Karen), Sandra McCooe (William Schmidt), sibling Charles (Arlene) Apgar, Lillian Buser, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife Lillian Apgar and sister Florence Marcine. He moved to this area in 1971 from Warren NJ. He was a retired carpenter and custom home builder. He enjoyed bowling, hunting and golf. He was active at Flagler Beach Methodist Church where he sang in the choir and as a bass soloist and worked in the food pantry.
