William Alfred Baker, 61, passed away on June 19, 2025, in Ocklawaha, Florida. Willaim was born on August 24, 1963, in Schenectady, New York to A. Fred Baker and M. Esther Baker. He was a Golf Course Maintenance Mechanic. On May 22, 2016, William married the love of his life, Retha Darlene Baker, together for 16 wonderful years and married 9 absolutely peaceful years.

William is survived by his wife Retha Darlene Baker; son Christopher Baker; daughter Ciera Marshall; two grandchildren; brothers Thomas McCumber (Karen), Harold McCumber (Teri), Burt McCumber (Dorothy); sister Shirley McCumber and Tim & Paula Chambers. He is predeceased by parents A. Fred Baker and M. Esther Baker; brothers John and George McCumber.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
