William C. Bevis, 64 of Altoona died suddenly on February 26, 2015 in a car accident. He worked for many years with Orange County as a Plant Specialist/Wastewater Operator. Mr. Bevis is survived by his loving wife, Valarie, three sons, Zachary, Scott and Eric, daughter Alexandra Bevis, two step-sons, Nick and Eric Picard. He is also survived by his Mother, Dorothy Bevis, sister, Cindy Bevis and Brother, Bruce Bevis and five grandchildren.
