William "Bill" C. Davis (87), of Ormond Beach, Florida, passed away in Adventhealth Hospital Daytona Beach on Thursday, July 18, 2019. Before his passing, Bill received many visits from his brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Dolores Davis; his niece, Lori Thomas, and great-nephew, Dustin Mink.

Bill was born in Chicago, Illinois on January 21, 1932 to Oscar and Helen Davis. His adult life was spent serving in the United States Army for 28 years, with tours all over the world, including French Indochina and Vietnam. Bill retired at the rank of Sgt. Mgr. before working for the US Postal Service in Broward County, Florida for ten years. He is predeceased by his parents and loving niece, Kim Mink.

Services for Bill will be held at Arlington National Cemetery, the date and time has yet to be determined.
