William R. Frizzell, Jr.

William (Bill, Billy) Frizzell, Jr. passed into God's hand on August 1, 2023 after an extremely difficult, over 6 year battle with cancer. He was born in Norfolk, VA on March 29,1961 to the late Bill & Marion Frizzell, Sr.

Billy graduated from Bethel High School, Hampton, VA & Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA. He had an adventurous career with extensive travel as an Enterprise Solutions Architect and had recently retired through disability due to cancer.

He is survived by wife Melanie Luciano Frizzell, 4 children, William R. Frizzell, III & wife, Charles Frizzell, Christina M. Luciano, & Brian Parker. Three siblings; Walter Frizzell, Gwen Bone, & Cyndi Warwick, Brother from another mother, Chuck Spruill, with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
