William Victor Gibson, 84, of Youngstown, FL formly of New Smyrna Beach died Wednesday, November 26, 2008.  Mr Gibson was born November 7, 1924 in Fayette, Alabama. He resided in New Smyrna Beach for many years before moving to Youngstown in 2006.
