William Euguene Kelley, 69, died of Natural causes. He is survived by wife, Debra Kelley; and his Son, Brian; Daughter, Donna; 4 grandchildren,Kyle, Miranda, Brianna, Dylan,  and 1 great grandson, Nixon. Also 5 sisters, Juanita, Elizabeth, Linda,Debbie, Carolyn, also 2 Brothers,James, and Charles. Parents Pearl and Andy Kelley. Known to all as Buddy was a great family man and a loving father. He married Debra in 1972 and the couple had 2 children together..

Buddy was a social, active man who was a Veteran, hard working and  enjoyed life, and his family and friends.  We willl always remember him as a beautiful, loving family man. He will be missed,and kept in all of our hearts. Until we see you again, we love you.
