William Robert
Krok
Jan 18, 1952 — Aug 14, 2026
The Villages
William "Bill" Krok, 74, of The Villages, FL, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 14, 2026, after a long journey with Parkinson's disease.
Bill was born to the late Joseph and Geraldine (Treat) Krok and was raised in Westfield, Massachusetts. He was a graduate of Westfield High School and, after earning his bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, went on to build a career of more than 30 years with UPS, driving tractor trailers.
He fell in love with Florida through annual vacations there with his family, and in 2014 he made the move permanent, settling into a retirement at The Villages. His days were filled with rounds of golf, games of pickleball, and a good book or crossword puzzle in hand. Beyond the fairways, he was also an avid cruiser and took some of his most memorable trips to Alaska and the national parks.
Bill will be remembered fondly by his wife, Dianne; his children, Jeffrey Krok (Lauren) and Lindsey Krok (Rich); his grandchildren, Lucas and Emmett Krok; his stepsons, Michael Martin (Darla) and Matthew Martin (Jamie); his step-grandson, Evan Martin; his sister-in-law, Pat Krok; and his nephews, Michael Krok (Robin) and Nicholas Krok (Ashley).
He was predeceased by his first wife, Beverly (Kulesa), and his brother, Thomas Krok.
The family plans to honor his memory with a church service at a later date.
