William Marcoux
Jr.
May 16, 1956 – February 9, 2022
William Marcoux Jr passed away unexpectedly in The Villages, Florida on Wednesday, February 9. Bill was a wonderful man who was generous with his love, his laughter, and his opinions and even though he lived in Florida for the last several years he was a Nashuan in his heart until the day he died.
Billy graduate from Babson College and he received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University and a Masters in Education from Salem State College. He served for many years as both Ward 6 Alderman and as Hillsborough County Commissioner while also serving on many municipal boards.
Bill went into the "family business" and became a teacher for many years in the Nashua School Department. Bill excelled in his knowledge in the field of antiques and art and was recognized for his excellence by being granted the title of Corning Fellow and was a contributor to the Morse Museum.
Bill was predeceased by his parents William Sr and Nancy Wilcox Marcoux, his dear Aunt Marylin Wilcox, his brother Peter Marcoux and his beloved dog Brady.
Billy is survived by his patient and loving husband Kenneth Piccininni, his sister and close friend Nancy Marcoux Ferman, his Aunt Pauline Wilcox, a dear friend Thomas Fitzgerald and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Arrangements will be private in this time of Covid.
