William R. (Bill) Moody went home to be with His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on November 30, 2020. Bill was 81 years of age.

Bill was born December 21, 1938, in Louisville, Kentucky. He spent numerous years living in Lexington, Kentucky, Cape Coral, Florida, Franklin, Kentucky and Fort Myers, Florida. Although, he spent many years in Florida, he still considered himself a true Kentucky Wildcat fan, and was known to have arranged his schedule around Kentucky Basketball games.

Bill was a veteran and a true American Patriot.

Bill is survived by his Loving wife Suzanne, of 60 years; his Daughter Dana Petrosky and Son Scott; along with 4 grandchildren, 3 great grand-children, and a slew of loving family members and friends and his beloved dog Lily, whom he called his little princess.

Bill passed away due to a long-term illness. Just like he dealt with all experiences in life, Bill managed his illness with strength and grace, and wanted to spend as much time with his loved ones as possible. During his final days, he was surrounded by his family, who he adored more than anything else in the world.

The family will be having a private celebration of life and ask that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made in his name to Hope Hospice of Ft. Myers Florida and/or the Wounded Warrior Project.
