William Neil Holt, 84, of Oldsmar, passed away January 26, 2026. He was born in Richmond, Indiana on May 25, 1941, and he graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. William was married to Nancy W. Holt on May 29, 1979, and he was one of the founders of the professional employer business, Staff Management Systems. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing golf and traveling. William is survived by his loving wife, Nancy; his children, Tyler J. Holt and Toni Lee Ricciardelli; and his grandson, Travis Henninger. He is predeceased by his brother, James Holt. A celebration of life will be held privately for immediate family members and friends.
