The family will receive friends on Friday from 5 to 7 PM at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach. Committal will be at St John Baptiste Cemetery in Warren, RI. Billy is survived by his parents Patricia Socha, Larry (Laura) Prosser, brother Robert Prosser, sister Larisa Rosenberg, maternal grandparents Ernest and Elizabeth Socha, paternal grandparents Bruce Prosser and Ray and Jean McGinnis.
