Devoted husband to Donna, loving father to Andrew (Julie), Brian (Martha) and Gregory. Proud grandpa to David (Claire), Sarah, Kathleen, and Rachel, passed away January 23, 2023. Also survived by brother John (Jack) (Maryann) preceded in death by brother Robert (Bob) (Phyllis), and nieces and nephews.

Bill was an engineer and retired from General Motors in 2001. He graduated from Michigan State University in the spring of 1963 and earned his MBA from Wayne State University years later. He was dedicated to the automotive industry and belonged to a professional society in a leadership capacity.

Bill was a Mason and was a member of Birmingham Masonic Lodge #44. He was also a member of Pellston Masonic Lodge #440 and New Smyrna Lodge #149. Bill and Donna spent their winter in Florida where Bill enjoyed golfing, and scuba diving. He volunteered at Habitat for Humanity in both Michigan and Florida. As a couple they enjoyed cruising.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 11:00 am at Birmingham First, 1589 W. Maple Road, Birmingham, Michigan 48009.
