William Glendon Scoggins born in Arkansas spent most of his adult life in Michigan. He served as a Sub District Director for the United Steelworkers for 25 years. While in Michigan Bill enjoyed playing fast pitch softball, hunting, and fishing upon his retirement Bill and Nancy relocated to Florida to enjoy the warmer weather. Bill was a big Atlanta Braves fan and celebrated when the Braves won the world series. He also enjoyed playing Poker with friends. Bill is survived by his wife Nany, his son Bill, his sister Kay Walker, his sister-in-law Sally Ratz and his brother-in-law John Ratz. Bill was preceded in death by his sisters Laura, Pauline, and Kathy and brothers David and Robert. Services will be at a later date in Michigan.
