William Lawrence "Bill" Underwood, 77, Edgewater FL  died Wednesday, April 14, 2010.   Bill was born in Bloomington, Indiana. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict and later worked as a purchasing agent and motel owner and operator. His family remembered his fondness for NASCAR and writing poetry. He was a member of First Christian Church n Shelbyville, IN.   He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 25 years Anita, children Michael, Bobby and Sue Underwood all of Indiana, daughter Theda Gayle Sturm of Edgewater FL, sisters Carol Tillinghast, Barbara Porter and Bonnie Eads,  16 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter Sandra earlier this year. Memorial donations are requested to Hospice of Volusia Southeast Care Center 4140 South Ridgewood Ave Edgewater FL 32141. Graveside service will be 1:30 PM Monday, April 19 at Sea Pines Memorial Gardens Edgewater, FL followed at 3:00 PM with a Memorial Life Tribute at Hospice of Volusia Southeast Care Center 4140 South Ridgewood Ave Edgewater FL 32141.
