Willie Mae Price Crawford passed away on May 10, 2024 at the age of 101. She was born October 3, 1922, in Kingsland, Georgia, the oldest child of William B. And Mabel Byrd Price.
She was a truly remarkable parent, grandparent and great grandparent. Her unparalleled work ethic allowed her to provide for her family and contribute to the enrichment of the lives of her grandchildren and great grandchildren alike.
She was a wonderful, strong woman and a marvelous friend to all who knew her. We are so proud of her and all her accomplishments and all that her life revealed about her love, her character, her faithfulness, and her giving, generous heart.
She is survived by a daughter, Vivian M. Robertson Matheson (Bill), and two sons, Gordon C. Robertson (Judy), and James L. Robertson (Debbie), and by her sister-in-law, Marjory Monat. She survived two husbands, James L. Robertson, Jr., and Charles H. Crawford. She was predeceased by her sister, Marjorie Price Palmer, and her brother, Joseph Lawrence Price. Surviving nieces include Linda Palmer Winkleman, Beth Palmer Smith, Mary Price, Corey Monat Mondoux, and a nephew Wayne Monat, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews. Her surviving grandchildren are: Lisa Robertson Enix, Craig Robertson (Sandrine), Steve Matheson (Tiffany), Julie Matheson Mahony, Rachel Robertson Main (Tim) Holly Robertson (Brandon Butler), and Daniel Robertson (Maresha). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren: Zack and Emma Enix, Evan Robertson, Sevyn and Ella Matheson, Wyatt, Kale and Sunny Main, Stella and Sam Butler, and Aria and Isaac Robertson
