Willie Fred Howard, 73, residing in Daytona Beach, FL passed away on April 13, 2018 after a period of failing health. He served in the US Army from December 1969 to December 1971 which he served in Viet Nam and was wounded during the later part of his tour. Willie is preceded in death by his father Marylon Howard; his mother Fannie Bell Lumpkin; and brother Robert Parker. He is survived by three brothers, Lester L. Hawkins (Jean) of Daytona Beach, Florida, Min. Yewston Pete Parker of Casselberry, Florida and Kenneth Parker of Orlando, Floirda; four sisters, Anna Ruth (Alvin) Cotton of Ocala, Florida; Luella W. Sharper of Daytona Beach, Florida, Patricia Battle of Sylvester, Georgia, and Janice P. Watson of Washington, D.C. and several nieces, nephews and many other relatives.
