Yong Nae Kim (of Bradenton, FL) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at the age of 86. Born in Korea, he then embraced life's journey, settling in Rochester, NY with his wife, Hyong Sun, and children in 1974. He became a leader within the Rochester Korean community, guiding those in need of assistance. He came to be admired for his commitment, fortitude, and compassion. In later years, he and his wife decided to retire in Bradenton, FL.

Yong Nae Kim will forever be recognized for his boundless kindness, steadfast devotion to family, and deep-rooted connections within the community. He leaves a legacy of honesty and strength that will forever inspire those he leaves behind.

He is survived by his cherished wife of 55 years, Hyong Sun Kim, their children Thomas (Michele) Kim, Un Ae (David) Moore, and David Kim, as well as his adoring grandchildren Brana Kim, Alex Moore, Mia Moore, and Isabella Kim.
